If you have access to Facebook then introduce yourself on “Scottish Cruising and Sailing” group, lots of local activity there.

Hey! Cheers for suggestion. I dont do facebook or anything theyre involved with/own. Or twitter for that matter. I used to like reddit but even its going the same way so I deleted it.

You could try Bluemoment, (www.bluemoment.com) a Scottish boating forum. It can be quiet at times in the year, like just now. You will recognize some of the usernames from here. Select the forum button at the right hand side of the menu bar.

We're a bit more polite to each other as there is good chance of running into someone that you have insulted. And there is a members section where we can express opinions that are verboten in the Lounge.

Nice one!! Thankyou for the suggestion. Im not easily insulted and im certainly not looking to insult anyone. If people wanna be d-cks thats their complex not mine. However I know what forums are like, there is always one or 2 arrogant know it alls, passive aggressive types or as previously mentioned straight up d-cks.... Such is life. Thanks again though ill defo get signed up!
