I (with much aid from others) have done several. However, Colvic Watson did one last year(jolly nice too) as I threw a strop as a couple of people who signed up for the previous one failed to make good on their promises, and I was out of pocket, because we pare it to the bone with no spare built in.

So...... someone might volunteer

Enjoyed it too, but this year I really, really don't have the time.

I really enjoyed doing it but it was quite a bit of work and as FC said, one ends up out of pocket as not everyone who says they will pay does remember to do so.

Maybe add £1 to each one to cover potential shortfall and, if there is a surplus, pass it to the RNLI? I'd be happy with that.
