Change of Ownership Procedure

Hi, Happy New Year.

I have a Malo 38 in Stockholm. It is British Reg. It was owned by two of us. One has pulled out and we have paid for their share. Can anyone tell me what the docs are I need to make this legally valid, inc the Register stuff?

And register a change of ownership with the MCA - procedure differs slightly if Part I or SSR registry.
