What would you recommend to spray hard to reach parts of engine to stop it rusting?
ACF-50 is excellent - Good enough for the US Navy etc.
Does ACF50 have any harmful effects on plastic and rubber?
Thanks. Not on plastics or synthetic rubber but I guess it might on natural rubber, although I doubt whether much of that is used in engines these days.

It is expensive but very good, we use it on the Ducati's.
I buy ACF 50 in 950ml bottles which come with a hand spray. Much cheaper than aerosols and does the same job without wasting money on propellant.ACF 50 had better be good, it appears to be about five times the price of WD40! £13 for a wee can? Am I looking in the wrong place?
I suppose it's a lot cheaper than a new engine, or even a respray...

I get through a fair amount as it goes onto my classic car and tools as well as the boat.
Is ACF50 also effective in preventing corrosion on aluminium alloys?
