The hinge looks pretty standard fare, widely available from chandleries?
edit: ah the chamfering on the holes is on opposite sides, which is unusual, but if you found one with smaller dia holes, you could easily modify it yourself
I have recently wasted hours looking for a hinge and decided it was easier to re manufacture , bit PBO ish but saves time in the long run..........
If its bent just tighten a vice to straighten.
Submerge hinge in acid (vinegar or brick cleaner) , if it is stainless leave overnight, if it shines a lot then chances are it is chrome on brass so dont leave it submerged in brickcleaner for more than 2 hours.
Tap the hinge pin out with a hammer and inverted drill bit.
Search swmbos utensil draw for a stainless steel BBQ skewer of the correct thickness.
Bend the skewer over both ends and grind off to finish, leaving a bit overhanging at either end so it doesnt fall out.
Resharpen BBQ skewer before replacing back in the draw, if she notices it is shorter apologise for leaving it in the dish washer on too high temp which must have shrunk it.
It will look brand new with less time than it will take to search swindlers !
If this helps, I was in the chandlery barge in Bursledon, Southampton today and I noticed that they had a pile of gas struts, I didn't see how big they were, friendly bunch, worth a visit if you are down that way, oh and they have hundreds of different hinges as well.
