Well, sigh, no sign of any anode forum, so here goes .
1) if you connect everything to everything apart from the main batteries, wil that be mostly ok? Alright, well, if you disconnect the batteries, that'l be ok then won't it?
2) instead of buying new anodes, will a load of old anodes be just as good really?
3) Or, can you nick all the anode bits out of the skip, bosh them together an nail them on top of the old ones? Or right, weld them on a bit or solder them
4) If you dangle a big bit of metal stuff in the marina which is the CATHODE, will it end up all nicely bronze plated, or at least with a load of boat metal on it? or what? Could this be used to make your own anodes, ready for next time, sort of elctro-nicking anodes from other boats?
5) Instead of anodes, could you just run a sneaky battery cable to the boat next door's props? Ok, which bit should be connected where?
6) If 4 above doesn't happen what the hell happens to all that blimmin metal?
