...was wrong!

I went to wrap the boat up and do some work on the trailer only to find that instead of the rain and wind forcast, there was long periods of sunshine, flat calm water and 16.5 C

What was it like near you?

Fine weather Sat & Sun. Friday was a bit sh*te though. Went out for a quick blast across the bay on Saturday to blow the cobwebs off and can confirm that top speed for a B41 with 300HP Perking Sabers is 27 Knotts.

Oh I'm so glad that I'm an 'inney'.

Yes, once again the self important quango, Environment Agency, put out warnings, which in turn were duly hyped by the ever artless and hysterical 'weather girls' of television. One hears that the Environment Agency did at some later point retract its original warnings.
