Anchoring in a Small boat

Just a thought, it might be handy to have 100' or so of light line - for tying to shore. Always done that with the yacht in the Med, & occasionally on our little ponds up here. Just holds you in place with the anchor firmly set. Never a bad thing to have a load of string (rope) about anyway.

Another quick clarification .... it is 4x or 6x MAX depth during your stay. Anchor with 4x depth and stay there until the tide is higher and you'll soon have 3 x depth out! ...
