I did, it only has a slot, no battery, about 25mm x 6mm. Hence the question
One useful thing you should know is the way cells are numbered. A CR2025 is 20mm dia and 2.5mm thick and a CR2032 is the same dia and 3.2mm thick.

I see that Google offers 2430 and 2450 coin cells, so maybe the thicker is yours?

It's only likely to be one of a few. Get the exact diameter with calipers and wander into Sainsbury's and measure a few. With luck you won't get knocked off for looking suspicious!

Could it be an A27? A 12 volt cell, approx 28 x 8 mm dia.? IIRC that was the cell used by a winch remote I bought off Ebay some time ago. Not the exact same item as the OP's though.

There are a number of small 12v mini sized batteries, many for cameras, ours uses one that’s about 1/3 length of AAA, got it from a camera shop
