Sorry but I think that is unacceptable............there is a time and place for enjoying a little speed etc and it is not amongst, or close to, anchored boats. Things I do that may annoy others will, hopefully, not increase calls for regulation because another poor unfortunate is killed or seriously injured as a result of somebody being nosey and frantic inappropriately.

Read up on last years events , it should make everyone think twice when hooning around on the water , towing member of your family in a ring between moored boats is an accident waiting to happen , one rouge wave or boat moving on its anchor can soon obstruct the path of someone being towed at speed , 25 knots to zero into the back of a boat is going to hurt, no one wears any protection other than a buoyancy aid . It would cost very little to zone areas for this activity and likewise zones to anchor where at least you could relax knowing your safe.
