Adhesive to stick stainless steel to Plywood

I am refurbishing my cooker enclosure. I have removed the original 19 year old heatshield which looks like white plastic, not sure whet material it was but it was distorted and ugly in places. I now have some lovely 316 stainless sheets cut to size and ready to fit. The jury is still out on what adhesive to use. I am essentially sticking stainless to plywood, both pretty inert, although there is still some of the original Dufour adhesive is still in place and I do not know what is is. It need to be heat proof to a degree. Screwfix is very handy and they have a product called OB1, which I am temped by. What does the panel think?

Pretty sure that will work. My go to for that would be Sika 291, but there are lots that would do the job.

I used OB1 to do the same job and can affirm its stuck on solid. Used a toothed spreader.

CT1 or OB1 will stick it OK.

Agreed. CT1 is what I use. Score the back of the stainless to ensure good adhesion.

I like everything to be easily removable, so I wouldn't glue but drill through and screw/bolt.
