I try not to do this kind of thing as a rule, but for this one I'm making an exception...

This weekend, Alan (CPD) and I are cycling, with a group of guys mainly from the mobo forum, but also a couple of Scuttlebutters, from MDL Marina Penton Hook just outside London, to MDL Southampton, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. It's been brilliantly supported by both YBW and MDL amongst others.

It was started by Gary after he had a heart scare late last year, and is also close to own heart (pun intended) after my father had a huge heart attack last year and received wonderful care from BHF

So, I don't ever ask on here (This is the first time I've ever done it), but this is important to me and I know, also, to Alan.

Please, if you can afford it, just a little would be appreciated.
