A quick run out yesterday(warning actually something to do with boats)

A run down the river yesterday afternoon produced a grand total of half a dozen boats out on the water.One genuine saily type actually sailing and another raggie who was obviously instructed to get the kids out of the house as he had about 8 sprogs on board.All the youngsters on board were having a great time steering the boat judging by the way the boat was veering about all over the place.The motorboat side of things was represented by me,a old old broom and a very brave chap in a sporty Sealine of some sort.Reckon he must have just bought it cos nobody stays that keen for very long.Curious thing,but decided to WOT and despite having been in water for ages and shagged props,the old girl gave 3400 on the tachos.We have never been there ever.Mind you have removed all not needed stuff so mebbe it to do with weight?

Seems to me that this forum, especially since the change to the new system, has for some reason banned any subject that actually deals with boats .... so there you are again causing trouble by trying to bring up a boating related subject ... shame on you.
