907 Camping Gaz Refills

The bits came from bes ltd - on the net. spec of the bits has previously been covered on the forum as has the procedure. Just take care. Do the job in the open air, away from any source of ignition. Have an accurate set of scales and dont fill the cylinder more than 75%. There are other safety issues so if your skills arent practical science / engineering ( an arts graduate for example) then dont try it.

In reply to post 16, which seems to have been missed making this seem like bo**o*ks,

The regulator on my Gaz system says it drops the pressure to 28 mB, the one I got off the camping Calor gas bottle says 29 mB so it's as near as makes no difference, I'll give it a go and see what occurs. It's not like it's rocket science, if it looks OK it might be.

Bought the last refill in Potugal €12, why are they £24 in UK ?

Paid 16.20 euro in Faro yesterday, same as last one 3 weeks ago. Galp do an identical bottle for 11.50 euro, coloured orange but same butane gas, we use those in winter. Only problem is that when out and about, they can't be swapped outside Portugal.
