Last time I used Perfection Plus, I had a problem with small bubbles which I 'sort-of' resolved by following advice on another thread long ago.

I have just finished some 5 coats of PP and tried something different this time. I was pretty sure last time that the bubbles were not caused by brushing, but were created by mixing the two components in the varnish before application. This time I used my wife's vacuum sealing thingy for the freezer to put the mix under vacuum for about 5 minutes. As the minutes passed, a cloud of bubbles appeared which became progressively smaller, then became a semi-opaque fog, and finally totally cleared. Luckily the vacuum sealer has a pipe and rubber-faced o-ring which one presses onto the top of the can containing the varnish mix with a hole in it. The top is first sucked down to make a seal then the vacuum builds up. Very easy. The can used for the mix is nothing special, just an old empty PP can from last time washed with thinners.

When painting the varnish, I had no trouble with bubbles at all.

Just passing it on as possibly useful for others. It worked for me.
