We have considered this but would really prefer a gas oven, we have tried a Halogen oven which is good but storage is a bit of an issue

I have a prestige 32 on the list of potential replacement for my current boat but there is no oven in the galley. Just wondered if anybody had fitted one and if so were there any issues?
