How do you hang your fenders.

It's something to do with repetitive strain if you are tall, the lower wires come under D.E.I. they are for the crew who are vertically challenged (inclusion) and can't reach the top wire.

How do you hang your fenders.

I was out sailing with a friend on returning to marina I set out the fenders along the side we would be docking on. I have always tied the fender line onto the guard wire, no bending easy to slide along for positioning against pontoon. However I was told that on this particular boat the fender...

Does the survey go with the boat.

After some detective work, I emailed several surveyors in my area and one positively replied. However if I had just shelled out a few quid for this report I would be a wee bit peed...

    Y Yacht

Y Yacht insurance was sold to Topsail a few years back, I used Y Yacht for the boats I had. Is there anyone out there who has experience of using Topsail yacht insurance as to whether they are as good as Y Yacht were and competitiveness of premium.

What has happened to the boat market?

Where are you advertising this, Apollo Duck and The Yachtmarket are good starting points you have it on one of them, as much exposure as you can. There are some good Facebook groups for selling boats and there is Gumtree.

    Retrofit autopilot.

Does anyone have knowledge of whether it is possible to fit a linear drive autopilot to a Beneteau 343 that currently has the wheel type autopilot, the wheel type are ok but not great. There appears to be limited height between the cockpit floor and the steering quadrant below but there is some...

    Glass fibre shears / scissors

Carbide scissors won't blunt as easy but cost a good bit more, or why not buy a scissor sharpener and re-face the edges yourself.
