Levkas. if you are in Preveza you will be on the wrong side of the water to the yard and have to pay the tunnel toll at least twice a day. The car will use less fuel travelling to and from Levkas and anyway preveza has very little activity in Feb.

Look at one of the yards at Preveza. Far cheaper than Corfu and easier to get to in the summer, only a mile from airport to yards.
