Any recommendations for a Charter company in Pollenca Majorca?

Thanks for that - yes I guess it is weekly bookings, but as it is early July I am hoping we can find a one day booking - I saw the targa from boats.co.uk, looks good, Its just getting round to that side of the island, but I guess it would be a backstop if we cant find anything else and they...

Any recommendations for a Charter company in Pollenca Majorca?

Hi everyone I am arranging a special birthday in mid July and want to get a skippered motor boat for the day, circa 40-50ft, ideally out of Pollenca or Alcudia, for around 5 adults and 1 x 3 year old. Its proving more difficult than I thought, to arrange something personal that I can sort a...

    North Wales, a weather paradise

Yes this week has not been the best weatherwise around Anglesey, particularly rough back holiday weekend. Hope it improves for you next week. This whole summer generally has been great boating weather, I guess it's just timing! Were you moored up on the pontoon at menai bridge Saturday for a...

Day out on the Sea around Anglesey

I thought I might share this, as it was a great first outing for the Bayliner. After a long period without a boat, I thought we would get a small trailer-able cuddy that we could use around the coast of Anglesey, so just purchased a Bayliner 642, which is really good little boat, and looks like...

Whats the best lifejacket for a 3 year old?

Thanks everyone, some great advice, particularly about the swimming pool and trying it out first. Its only 'just in case' and they will be under the extra watchful eye of a grandmother or mum/dad, both good swimmers, and we in the years we have had boats no one has yet fallen out! Having...
