I bought one 2 years ago, and buy 10GB to use over 90 days for 79 TL. Today's exchange rate in the local bureaux de change was 3.48 TL for £1, and 2.95 TL for €1.
I think your best option is to have a chat with your UK GP, and ask him/her for a private prescription for a year's supply, which shouldn't cost more than £40 (assuming Helen is on the 20mg-strength). Tamoxifen is cheap enough nowadays, it isn't really a target for counterfeiters any more...

Also well worth fitting: solar panels, and some means of shading the cockpit and decks: can be a bit tricky to fit a bimini to a centre cockpit, I know...
