Hmm, no idea why that is, this is the first time we've used this software. I'll ask the providers if they know what causes this for future - I presume the rest of the page loads just not the embeded player?

Hi, it was pulled yesterday after a complaint. I hadn't had a chance to review it until now but the reason for the complaint was that many personal details (names, contact details, insurance numbers) were published. I may be able to put it back later but it will take some heavy editing.
