In the environs of Lake Solent is there an 11m full tide or floating in the mud winter mooring giving 1.6m for at least four hours per tide for less than a heart stopping amount?

I have a small yearning to get a second, 'holiday,' mooring to avoid the six hour slog to the lake in the winter. This is particularly an issue when we aren't allowed to sleep aboard because, TBH, there isn't much to see within a day return of Shoreham.

Quite happy to travel a fair distance in the tender.

I'm extremely fortunate the run down to the boat is a an hour from front door to cockpit. She is afloat and in commission and only gets lifted in the summer. Although I am lifting her out for winter 2021/22 before a little cruise to the Azores and back.
