Been flying into PVK a few times a year over the last10 years or more, including as recently as August this year, and have never had a sniff of interest from Greek customs and have never seen anyone else pulled either.

However things have changed recently - we’re no longer part of the EU, the airport is now one of many now owned by Fraport and has been receiving some quite major improvement works - so things may change customs wise or not.

In the meantime I’d completely agree with Bill. Just go for it.

Just back from Preveza. Our luggage consisted entirely of boat spares to ensure everything would be available for our 3 week stay. No sign of anyone bothering about our luggage at all. Of course it looked like all the other bags and not like a folding bike. I assume you will pack them together inside a bag.

It is possible to be unlucky but should be fine as long as you don't pack a gallon of petrol, a pile of batteries and some Semtex. That might be pushing your luck a bit to much.
