Any recommendations for a repair and replace whilst yoyu wait , preferably Southampton area?

not sure about repair whilst you wait but could try Sanders in Lymington, they are usually very accomodating.

Mastercovers in Port Solent are also very good.

From bitter experience I can tell you it takes about 4 hours with a needle & palm to repair in situ /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Yep:

I second the Mastercover one.
Steve is a laid back person who does excelent and sound work, also very sensible on prioritising the work. Not sure how close Port Solent is to you though.
