You know when you're getting old when......

You know when you're getting old when you watch 'Red Nose Day' and you're waiting for any comedy to show any sign of appearing.

Fortunately "The Vicar of Dibly" made an appearance, and Chateau Boreades breathed a sigh of relief.

You must be really senile, 'Vicar of dibley ' is about as funny as leprosy to me and anyone I know, how it got an award is a mystery best left to conspiracy theorists - still each to their own.

You know when you're getting old when ..... you find nothing worth watching on the Tele .... to the point you decide not to have a Tele to prevent wasting any more of your precious time!

+1.....

My carp tolerance has faded steadily and I have much better things to do with time than listen to inane TV productions. I suppose I spend more time on line, but in that case I control what I want to interact with :-)
I guess our TV is switched on for no more than 30mins per day , mainly news & weather...

Hee, hee!

I don't think that I am old ( I admit to being unyoung) and I have been happily living here for more than thirty years without the curse of the BBC.

You know you are getting old when you sell the boat and buy a camper van.

I still have the boat but also now have a camper van and am seriously considering the unthinkable!
You know when you're getting old when you watch 'Red Nose Day' and have no clue who the hell these people are..........

PS: I did buy the 'T' Shirt.....

All the best...

I knew I was in trouble the Day I started complaining about the music young people are listening to. All of a sudden I sounded just like my dad.

Don't worry, our Club has a whole unofficial "wing" of camper van 'Senior' Ralliers who meet up in their campers where they used to meet up in their boats all over Europe and even Shap Fell:)
