You can tell it's hot.

From my point of view, it's uncomfortably hot. Anything over 20°C and I'm sweating. But then again, see my username!

I would agree totally just make that temperature to start complaining 40 degrees. We can go for months with temp not dropping below 20 (minimums) but I love it. Complaing bitterly of cold here at 9 to 16 each day and lots of rain. ol'will

Take away the rain and I'd still be in a T-shirt at those temperatures! We usually visited my wife's relatives in Hong Kong during the winter, and I found temperatures then comfortable. But we once went to see a dolphin show at Ocean Park, and while waiting for the show to start, the cameras that put the show on a big screen panned around the audience. They stopped on me - the only person in a crowd of several hundred that was dressed in a T-shirt; everyone else was wearing a puffer jacket or similar! I don't know what the announcer said, but I assume it was along the lines of "Crazy gweilo"! I had to be there in summer once, and the temperature then was intolerable; I merely dashed from air-conditioned space to air-conditioned space.
