Yes Sailing Holidays it is, we are going with friends (they will have another boat) who have used them before and had a fab time. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
If you enjoy navigating and passage planning, take your own charts. The ones supplied can be small scale and ropey. I asked for mine to be changed but the replacement was pretty dire too.
Not a problem really but a big help in finding nice little hidden bays.
I did the same thing for the first time, booked a Feeling 356, when we arrived we were handed a Bavaria 40 which is considerably bigger. I do not regret it for a moment, the extra space and comfort was fantastic and to be honest, the bigger boat is not much harder to handle just bigger.
My advice to you is when you are being handed over the boat, go through the whole thing and make sure you can find all the safty equipment like flares, gas, seacocks, engine intake and bungs. If the life jackets are self inflating you might want to unscrew the gas bottles to check that they have not been discharged.
why not invite us all along then we can advise you on the spot!Youll need a cook skipper deckhand stearsman engineer navigator radio operator electrician purser rigger tacktition---- I could do the stores and cooking?
