Does anyone know where I might download a WORKSHOP manual for a 1GM. My brother needs to rebuild his and needs the tech info

The pukka job is only about £25 from a Yanmar dealer. worth its weight in gold. (No connection with Yanmar, but owner of as 1GM and a manual that led me through a successful rebuild)

This site http://www.annuitydirect.co.uk/ proved useful in finding the best deals and we then went direct to the company concerned.

No, it downloaded OK for me, although it's a big file so took a while on my less-than-impressive BT Broadband connection!

Try right-clicking and choose 'Download linked file' (or the equivalent in your particular web browser). Some machines (esp Windows and IE) will try to display a pdf file rather than download it in the background, and that will take forever.

That's what happened to me ~ got loads of line errors ranging from 40-46.
