Hi all,
I am currently studying for my Yachtmaster Offshore and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good websites relating to this topic. I would like to get some more sample questions and other notes, etc. Any info greatly appreciated.

Someone once said the complete course CD is quite good. No idea how much they are but if it was interactive it might be a little more stimulating than reading. Depends on your preferred learning style

The complete Course from longbow about £49 very good.a bit involved to set up on the hard drive but the content excellent

You might have mistakenly thought the RYA website would have all sorts of good, up-to-date - did you look?

I am most interested in you posting what YOU found (on the RYA site) to be the most useful information to aid your studies. I am sure you will find their articles about the Yachtmaster Practical to be fascinating and also re-assuring.

(alternatively the CD-ROM course mentioned elsewhere in this thread has good content, although a very primitive user interface. Fair value for the money).

Although not covering everything - for lights, sounds, flags and shapes you can't beat NAVRULES ( although ignore the US inland waterways - they're wierd. It was so good I registered and paid for the software. But you can try it for FREE !
