I would definitely agree with snowbird30ds advice, but if looking costs you nothing, then have a look, a good one!
I found a little bilge keeler in the corner of a Boat Yard actually under a Bramble Bush. Many buckets of hot water, bleach and later stripping out a rotten Head Lining ( I then painted the Deck Head) I had this for what it cost me to get her craned into the water.
If you have the time and a little knowledge I would say have a look...and a poke...around but keep the stars out of your eyes while doing so. In my experience if there's lot's of wood work that needs replacing, I'd walk away. If the fibre glass hull and deck and keel attachment etc: is sound then never say never..(y)

After much scrubbing and replacement of running rigging ( sails had been stored ashore and were pretty good)

Lot's of labour and time but very little money later and she was afloat. Happy days.

Where did all this big boat owning come from seems the demand to actually take everything and the kitchen sink has been a bad move on many fronts
Whilst the boat in the pics is very nice and tidy it is very limited in what it can do and yes I have heard of Shane Acton but most of us require a degree of comfort be it on a weekend, wet annual two week holiday in the West Country or Scotland or even a more ambitious cruising itinerary.
Large boats are now much easier to handle than those of yesteryear, people buy and large have greater disposable incomes and more importantly higher expectations and requirements.

Yes I suppose you’re right……gone are the days of a frying pan some sausages and a loaf of bread in the hey day of Maurice Griffith😂

I have nothing against frying pans, sausages and loaves of bread, it's just that I preferred to use them and eat the products in some comfort. I wouldn't want to back to camping in my grandfathers converted lifeboat with a tarpaulin stretched over the boom and a hissing Primus stove no mater how romantic it might sound.

Additionally, up to may 13m, large boats are actually easier to handle than small boat and better in everyway other than berthing fees

Ops picture is of the sh*t heap class, and undoubtably needs £10k just to get it barely acceptable but manky
