Yes, apologies - I would not look for a 'sailing incident' on PBO and the title was vague, especially as the yacht was, apparently, sinking.

What will be interesting, if details surface - and it might then fit with PBO, is why the yacht was sinking, suggestions are it lost its rudder and/or that a hull defect or failure was made good and and deemed satisfactory.

The yacht has been abandoned - and if she does not sink will end up, maybe, in South Island NZ.
