My Son aged 22 did a couple of trips for them last year. A transat from Biscay to Carribean in a brand new Cat. He was third hand in a crew of three, no pay just food. The skipper did a bunk almost soon as they arrived and he was left in limbo. He then did a couple of local deliveries, Florida to Carribean, inter Carribean for Reliance, got paid for one.

Eventually got him home from St Lucia when his welcome ran out via Virgin airline-cost me a bomb.

Yup, I did one of their carribean deliveries. The skippers I met ranged from competant to the type that I reckon could survive on a log with nothing but a piece of string for at least 3 months. One thing to bear in mind is that they are a business, and the won't relax the conditions under which you carry out the delivery under any circumstances.

If anyone has had a bad experience with them I'd be interested to hear about it
