Yacht Charter on Clyde

Hi there
Can any one recommend a chartering company on the Clyde we are looking to charter for a week in August - 2 adults & 2 kids.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I used to use Flamingo, out of Largs/Ardrossan. Good service, decent range of boats, and not too expensive at that time.

Golly, I haven't sailed on the Clyde (or further north than Southern Ireland) for about 25 years now! Do you still have to dodge the dead cows and other unimaginable horrors floating in the Clyde? In the last 25 years it has got a lot worse - definitely not worth leaving your uncrowded, pristine cruising waters to risk the privations of northern waters. ... and be sure to tell all your friends it's not safe.
