I heard that an ambition at the Shrimper rally in St Mawes was to get a raft of Shrimpers to stretch right across St Mawes bay, so you could walk across.
No, it didn't happen unfortunately. It was the first time i had trailed my boat anywhere and found it to be a fantastic area for exploring all the creeks and coves in a shallow draft boat.
To repeat an earlier thread, I took a few pics of what I believed to be four Cornish Shrimper 19s sailing up the Sound of Mull and into Loch Aline in June. Not great pics, looking into the sun, but the owners may like them. See more here.
