Wintering in the Vendée/Loire regions

We are looking for a suitable marina to spend the winter within a reasonable distance of Nantes airport (for flights to Scotland). We would like somewhere with decent facilities, shopping, WiFi and a friendly atmosphere. Don’t want much!!
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Arzal is hopeless for airport transport. Redon, 25 miles up river, well sheltered and resourced town with SNCF < 1 hour to Nantes is a better bet. Otherwise Pornichet though I believe it is more expensive.

Edit. If there are suitable flights for you from Rennes then Vannes offers all you desire.
