I use Towergate Marden. I have 365 days per year "in commission" cover for my Javelin30. Costs me £192 per year.
Worth asking them. I would say.

We had an overboom winter cover made by our sail maker after finding that the cheap thin ready made tarpaulins lasted no time at all. 3m x 4m approx and cost £50.00; now in its fourth winter. Don't know here you would insure it though

Don't think you will get one ready made. Usually get a sailmaker, canvas worker or somebody who makes covers for lorries to make to your requirements. There are many different ways of doing it and choices of materials, so you really need to discuss your requirements with somebody who has experience in making them. Usually best to get somebody close to your boat so that they can measure up and make sure it fits properly.
