Race Course Marina

Anyone on this forum that moors in race course marina ? I am hoping to be lifted into the Marina in a few weeks time and was wondering with 4 feet draught if I would be able to get into the Thames without damaging my prop. Its has a deep steel keel so is well protected .It is a Dutch steel cruiser

Think B1s old Pedro was floating a bit low after some plating, did not prevent him from going anywhere on the Thames. AFAIK.

I moor my Fairline Turbo 36 at race course (draft 1.02m or 3'4'') and have no problems getting in or out of mill stream with either depth or air draft now they have trimmed the trees back

Can the marina take a 12gt beam 4 ft draught cruiser please

I have just moved my 44ft - 4 metre wide sports cruiser there and they have berths there which will accomodate as they can move the side pontoons so as to fit your boat. Depth is limited but I generally have (a calibrated) 1 metre or more under my props. Haven't met anyone in the channel yet which might be fun!

Finally the staff are incredibly helpful and makes the experience much better

Thanks guys. Had a word with the Marina and was told that last year it was dredged to between 1.5 and 1.7 meters. Leaving on 6th June so will let you know. I need just over 4ft
