windscreen wipers retro fit

well I dont have any on my boat
any ideas how I can fit one (assuming ill need one ) there is a thin aluminium frame around the screen but thats all I have

the scuttle part ( bit under the screen ) is behind the fibreglass toilet ceiling so no access there that I can see

are boat screens toughened ?
