Yes thats exactly whst it is . To check pre set preasure . Done with Jabsco pump turned off and domestic hot water de- preasured ( tap open ) . Connect pump and set to correct preasure approx 2psi below Jabsco cut in

Easier way to set the pressure without a pressure gauge or knowing what the pump pressure really is.

1 Turn off the pump.
2 Run water off till it stops, close tap.
3 Inflate the accumulator to over its label pressure by about 10psi, just guess and pump it up a bit with a bike pump.
4 Turn on pump and let it stop on its own.
5 Very slowly let air out of the valve by pressing the pin in the center until the pump only JUST starts.

Done, accumulator pressure will now be a mite under pump cut in pressure as is required.
