Go to www.yachtwindows.co.uk
They refurbished all of the windows and hatches on our boat . If you want to buy the bits they will supply everything you need for DIY including instructions.
Very good company in my experience, based in Kent.

12mm is a bit thick but worth an ask at signmakers. I got 6mm at a good price and they bandsawed to shape for me as I'd taken templates along.
