Must admit I've managed to catch a lurker or two, SimpleSimon being one, sent a PM to say hello one night and he turned out to be a half decent chap as expected

Nothing wrong with "proper" motorboats (I've got an early 50's mahogany on oak cruiser with staedying sails on the Thames as well as the Anderson) but "Moonraker" is a Catalina 30', a fine fin keeled sailing boat from the US.

It does indeed work, and that is one hell of a nice looking boat, I have to confess to a little jealousy. Absolutely lovely, thanks, if you have any internal pic's you don't mind sharing it would be great to have a nose around below. Must admit I don't get into classic forum often enough these days

Hi all, guilty as charged, I have been lurking for some time now but have been given a nudge by MoodySabre. Some of you I have met already and I look forward to meeting others in the future.
