Does anyone have a recommendation for an aerial that I can use to aid connection to Marina Wifi? My experience is that we can usually get a good signal when outside the boat but once we try to connect inside the cabin the quality of signal drops, sometimes quite significantly. So I'm thinking that if I can mount an aerial on the ouside of the boat which will connect to laptop via usb it would replicate the outside experience. I had wondered whether we could use the tv aerial and take a connection from our tv booster box to a usb but have read that tv aerials work on diffferent frequencies to wifi
Thankyou

Your info on the tv antenna is correct.

You need something like this: KUMA USB Wireless Adapter Range Extender - KUMA

I’ve no experience of that particular one and Im sorry but I can’t remember the make of the one we occasionally use, but there are lots available on the market. Others here may recommend a model they’ve experience with?
