Every other site on my 'bookmarks' comes up almost immediately, yet YBW takes forever, do I have the jinx or do you?

No responses? Obviously I'm the one that's jinxed.

No you are not and several of us have complained here and on the Website News forum about it in the last 7 days. Not helped that some people pop up and say it doesn't happen to them in Timbuck 2 either so it must be 'our' fault.

It seems that management have no interest in answering either. Maybe we should get Lakey to post a special pic to grab their attention, nothing else works!

Selective? Logging in, too.

You have to admit that it is so selective. I do not have this problem (Firefox), but I do wonder why it is that I must log in every day whereas before in the old system I logged in once and remained so until choosing to log out - which was much more convenient as I come here nearly every day.

It is a bit better for me today, but still not right. I don't have to log in every time though as it recognises me ok with IE7 and Vista. It seems like it is the searching of it's database to put up the required thread that takes so much time, as the other bits of the page load ok. I've had to hit the refresh button a few times too today as it otherwise loaded a blank page saying 'done'. Then again the timings are all over the place still with replies being listed as arriving before the question was even asked!
