Re: Why has (humour)

THE VACUUM

A blonde was playing Trivial Pursuit one night. It was her turn.
She rolled the dice and she landed on "Science & Nature".
Her question was, "If you are in a vacuum and someone calls your name, can
you hear it? "

She thought for a time and then asked, "Is it on or off? "

Usual suspects absent?

A lot of the more frequent posters are absent - I've heaps of questions but about changing my boat and suggested replacements (BMB / Curtis) but am keeping sthumm incase I upset Boatone or PaulineB decides that it should be a bottle per boat I narrow it down too...

Seasonal changes might be indicated:
Winter:
PBO's snugged up in pub, can't work on boat so no posts.
MBM's in bored mode 'cos we can't go out to play - lots of posts

Spring:
PBO's getting more activity as they start to prepare for the season
MBMs still bored - some brave souls go out and are savaged for apparant stupidity (Mark)

Summer:
No one posts - except to try and name and shame Rag'n'Stick / MBMs and to ask what S*****N is (whose turn is it to wind up Dom?)

Autumn:
Flurry of winterising posts and hummi-diddy things across all boards

IMHO, FWIW and NWGOI

Re: Usual suspects absent?

Gor Blimey Barry.I wont be getting upset about you and your new boat. I got a bit agitated about that bloody steering wheel but that was a bit personal .........
'Er indoors as got me on the St Johns Wart stuff anyway and says I've calmed down a lot now.............god knows what I'd be like without it.
'Ere blokes, wot about all this testosterone mallarky and making us grumpy if were not getting enough (think thats wot they said...). I'm definitely grumpy from time to time so next time I upset PaulineB you'll know its me hormones..............
hahhaha ..equality marches on!

Re: Why has.....

....Dom got nothing better to do. Just come in from painting garage door, that's really exciting.

Might venture out on first trip of the year tomorrow, fill tank with Soltron and off we go.

Its called SAD

So us england types, actually can't cope with short daylight hours, actually, some of us english women cant cope with short anything. We like it large. 30' miinimum, especially if theres family involved.

Re: Its called SAD

No....SAD is something else......I know, suffer from that too !

Larger doesnt have to mean longer.......my last one was 32feet and skinny but my new one is 32feet and fatter and I can now do it standing up.. As for how long, usually measured in minutes rather than feet anyway.......................

Family involved...do we wish to know this?
