Who? where? & when? then!

It looks like Cowes.
It looks like the Duke of Edinburgh on the tiller but I don't have a clue what boat it is.

Humm, yep I understand that location is Cowes and that DoE is on the tiller, the catamaran is (was) named 'Endeavour', a Canvey Island Prout build, the Skipper was Ken Pearce and 'Endeavour' held the 'fastest boat under sail' record for a time.
 
Humm, no not actually a Prout Shearwater class boat, the 18ft Endeavour was a 'one off' with Ken Pearce heavily involved in the design and specification. I understood that the two hulls were of a Prout canoe origin. Never the less the Prout Shearwaters were born and proved very successful.
