Know Haydn and Tutts, met in Portugal and Pauline B (WOW) and Mr. B and the lassie from the office, plus Dangcharios here in Ibiza, all fine people hope to meet Tomo one day and TCM in Palma. Hope to run into LJS, Depsol and a few others sometime, after having conversed here, but now I'm in the med, it might take a while! Also a few of the boys up in Lanacshire/Cumbria. Stick around it's definitely fun!!

clearly the forum should issue burgees to all registered users who exceed a given number of posts - say those that qualify for regular?
This would be especially sefull for getting to know more people when you are in far away places (ie not your own mooring or marina!)

thoughts Kim?

Re: David e

David,

You could almost have missed me again when I was in Banger all last Wednesday taking delivery of Arctic Fox.

You may well miss me again when I pass through Holyhead on way home from Dublin this Sunday evening.

And, you will get a third opportunity to miss me when I Drive from Banger down to Peely Weely early next week to tow Polar Fox back up to Banger, in fact if you want a tow down the road I could also make that exciting for you too!

Chris

Re: David e

I passed alot of ferry traffic returning from PW from the week-end so you could have been amongst them. Was in Galway last Wednesday sampling the black stuff so definately missed you then, could nearly have seen you in PW 2day but the forecast not so good so came home.

Me thinks boat sales are crappy in most places so don't be 2 disheartend. I have had 12 enquiries on my boat (which Dickies say is alot) but only one offer/buyer from the east coast who backed out 'cause he thought it too far to tow it, if he comes back should I put him in touch with you Chris, a small fee etc?

Met TCM whilst on holiday in the Lakes this week. He was there camping with his boys. For those who haven't met him, TCM is very funny, down to earth, generous and was even kind enough to laugh (heartily) at my boating stories!

BTW david_e, what is PeelyWeely?
