Who else got a boaty fix today

I managed to get out to Coochie for a few hour and do a few jobs . Great day and good to be on the boat for the first time this year .
Battery at home getting its yearly charge ( probably due for a new one soon but this one just keeps going )
Anyone else out today ?

Next weekend for me. No dount I will discover that the boat is coated in bird poo, the bathing platform is vile and the engines won't start. Hoever, it will be great to be back on the boat, even to see the massive amount of work needing to be done. I'm planning a week off at Easter to get cracking so please arrange for warm and dry.

Well your bathing platform had no moorhen on it this year and the seagulls have decided that my boat was the toilet so yours looked pretty clean .

actually managed to get a short trip out on the boat on sunday. Only went to Oakley Court (were I was dragged of the boat and into the wedding fair!), but then had some lunch on board and then just went for a run down to the racecourse and back.

Was great to get out and dust of the cobwebs, so to speak. Only saw one other boat out. River was running quite quick still though, made the entry into the marina a bit nervy for a split second.
