I don't know why I'm bothering to reply , but haven't we had enough of the personal attacks yet . have you met the man you're making insinuations about ? . The personal attacks and wars need to end before more people pull out and go elsewhere . Enough people have got a problem with the fact that I post a few comments because I like to talk , and some have pulled out because they've been on the end of a few comments . Can we please put an end to all the snide comments about people we haven't even met .

Hello Dave,

I am really sorry that you have taken exception to my light hearted quip, but in all honesty, it aint me that post girly pics and whatever on the forum.

I don't think that the person concerned will take exception to what I said, (he's been called worse) /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif...........But if he does, then I am more than happy to give him an apology. I think it's maybe time for some on this forum to lighten up? Far to much pomposity and as you say, personal attacks / flaming.

I always enjoy, well mostly, Lake sailors, posts / contributions, they give me a giggle during the day............So Phil, If I have caused you any offence, I apologise.

My apologies for being rather dense, but I really cannot see the relevance of this post being in the YM Scuttlebutt section - similarly Lakesailor's lady in the surf.
Dont get me wrong, I think they both have their merits, but wouldnt they be better off in a place like the Lounge?
Would it not be better to keep the YM forum for topics of a more maritime / boaty nature?

I'm touched that Dave (T25) has leapt to my defence, but no need. Perhaps you getting a bit jittery.

No reason for there to be no chuckles on S/Butt. PBO Forum wouldn't have been appropriate I agree.

I hope we aren't going to have a whole new rash of people Policing the forums again. It seems to happen now and again. The Forums have been bumbling along very nicely for a while.
