Which Tide App?

Which tidal app do you recommend? I used to like Absolute Tides until last year when it stopped working for my local area. Something that works well for western Scotland and has a tidal atlas would be good.

I'm still with Absolute Tides on Android and sailing out of Oban with reliable predictions. What sort of stopped working did you experience?

Last year there were no data for the Tyne area where we sail from. Multiple users commented about it in the reviews; developers didn't respond to requests to fix it, so I want to avoid it this year when we will be going further afield.

Tyne area is present now. It’s a good app, my suggestion is give it another try?

Like others I am using Absolute Tides, and works well for Scotland - and elsewhere. (Indeed used it today.)
Before changing app worth being sure over source of data. Absolute Tides seems to use the official Admiralty data, unlike some others.

Thanks everyone, following your encouragement I’ve tried again with Absolute Tides and this year it works for the Tyne ports.
