I am looking to buy a tender and have narowed it down to a Honwave T27 or a Quick Silver 310 both air decks.

Any advise/Good/Bad on the 2 above.

We bought a new tender last year, found the zodiac 220 rib perfect for our requirements, had the pleasure to deal with these guys, which ever model you decide on give them a call, highly recommended.

PS, the Honwave is a good solid boat but the weight compared to others of the same size is heavy, can recommend zodiac's lightroller range and the Lodestar stuff is very very good.

OK,

Had a Honwave 27ie and it was the best tender I ever bought (had quite a few). The V floor is deep, big tubes, Floor extends past transome to aid planning. The main downside is that it is bulky and heavy!

Can not get a Honwave here in Gib so tried out a Quicksilver 270DLX airfloor! Wow, another great boat. Seems slightly lighter and less cumbersome but still has big tubes and good V floor. I looked at the QS310 but decided to big! Out of Choice I would buy the Honwave, but very happy with buying the QS270DLX.

I would give the 310 a miss as the both the Honwave 270ie and the QS270 Airfloor DLX are large inflatables for their size. Both will also plane with a medium weight individual and a 4HP, but are equally at home chugging along with a 2HP on the back. I have a 45ft Beneteau and the 270 is the perfect size tender. Will take 2 adults and 2 kids without getting wet! I did try out the QS250 Lightweight Airfloor which was also great but not as stable and strugled with more than 2 Adults and one child in.

So Choice would be Honwave, QS270DLX, QS 310
